Andy Fisher, a U.S. Army veteran, welded in the army and went to college for HVAC training. He has over 20 years of welding, design and business managerial experience. He also worked as an insurance catastrophe adjuster and managed a business for 12 years.

 

Co-owner, Lee Fisher, took a leave from the business to become certified in different welding procedures. He went to college for welding and then traveled working in paper mills, and steel mills, doing combo pipe welding, carbon steel, and stainless-steel work. He journeyed into poultry plants welding food-grade stainless equipment and becoming pipe and structurally certified. With the co- owners’ past experience in welding and business, Southern Boy Welding & Fab, LLC was created.
